Winner list and the Distribution of Gifts: |

1.The Bank will post the list of winners on the official website (www.societegenerale.cn ) before Feb 15, 2012, and will contact the winners via the cardholders’ contacts provided to the Bank.
2.The winners shall ensure that all the personal information provided to the Bank is correct. If the Bank's notice fails to reach the winners due to incorrect information, the Bank shall not be liable for any responsibility, and the winner’s prize will be invalidated.

1.The POS transaction includes POS consumption in merchants. The transaction does not include pre-authorization, withdrawal, cancellation, refund, pre-auth cancellation and consumption in low, zero deduction rate special merchants. The low, zero deduction rate special merchants include but are not limited to: real estate, wholesale, vehicle sales category, the gaming industry, utilities, medical institutions, government agencies, charitable and non-profit institutions, tent and awning shops, school fees, telephone charges, insurance, business and not on behalf of payment included in other codes and other personal services.
2.The pictures of the gifts are for reference only and are provided on an "as is" basis. The gift cannot be redeemed for cash, nor can it be exchanged if there is no quality issue. The Bank is not a gift supplier, and in case of gift quality or service issues, the Bank will assist customers to communicate with gift suppliers, but is not liable to any legal responsibilities.
3.Based on PRC laws, the Bank reserves the rights to change the terms and gifts of the promotion, postpone or terminate the promotion without prior notice to customers. All rights reserved.
4.If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
5.Issues not covered in these promotion rules will be resolved based on PRC laws and regulations, financial sector policies and regulations as well as common practices.
